Terms of Use

These terms govern GameNightRoom, operated by Aman Gore, including Draft Night, Imposter, Build Your Own, Who Said That?, Dial It In, Scribble Chain, Yearbook, and Gumdrop Hop. Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling and contact options.
Who can play
You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s permission. Use a nickname and do not submit sensitive personal information or information about children under 13.
Auction games: play money only
In Draft Night and Build Your Own, dollar amounts, budgets, bids, and drafted items are fictional game mechanics. Credits cannot be purchased, transferred for value, redeemed, or cashed out. The game has no paid entry, cash prizes, merchandise prizes, or ownership rights in drafted brands or items. Winner labels and People’s Choice awards are for bragging rights only. Do not use the site to organize real-money bets, paid prize pools, or gambling.
How auction game judging works
Grades are subjective house opinions for entertainment—not factual claims about safety, nutrition, commercial value, or objective quality. Item assessments are hidden, and the pool includes favorites first and adds less-popular real options in larger drafts. Individual pick grades consider item quality and price relative to the game budget. Final team grades and rankings consider only drafted items. People’s Choice is a separate player vote. These opinions may differ from yours, and no particular grade or outcome is promised.
Brands, titles, and content
Brand names, product names, and entertainment titles identify draft options and belong to their respective owners. No sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement is implied. Game mechanics and the site’s original content do not give you rights to third-party intellectual property. Submit only custom content you have the right to use. You grant the operator permission to process and show that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service and handle related requests.
Fair use of the service
Do not harass others, submit unlawful or infringing content, impersonate people, expose others’ private information, bypass room or admin access controls, manipulate analytics, overload the service, or exploit vulnerabilities. Treat room codes and player credentials as private. The operator may restrict misuse or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Availability and responsibility
The service is offered for entertainment and may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. Save anything important separately. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent game storage, or error-free judging. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be highlighted with an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a notice before continuing play. Questions, complaints, and intellectual-property concerns can be sent through the contact form. Privacy requests are reviewed by the operator; the form does not automatically change or delete records.
